Where to smoke?

Where can I legally smoke weed? More than likely only your car. Yep, that’s right in the state of California we have about a thousand places where you legally purchase weed, but where can we smoke it? If you own your house or land you can smoke it up, but if you are one of the 48% of Californians that rent… there is a very high chance the only place you could legally consume weed is your car… and that is if you own and don’t lease your car. How stupid is this? Very. 

Now that you are in your car, that you own, you can light up but you better not have the keys in your ignition because that would be a potential DUI. Yes again super stupid. At the time that I’m clicking away at this lil rant, we have a high of 97 degrees in Davis, CA. Go sit in your car without the AC on for 5 mins and die.
